EPA lists products pulled at Marukai

The Environmental Protection Agency released a list of cleaning products and pesticides pulled from Marukai store shelves three years ago because they were unregistered and improperly labeled.

Marukai Corp. was fined $222,030 for not registering the products as required by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Marukai removed all the products from its shelves in 2008 after receiving notice of the violations from the EPA.

Most of the packaging for products contained only Japanese characters. The translations are as follows:
