Healthy cooking at Castle classes

» "Glorious Green" (11 a.m. March 10): Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day by learning to make an array of plant-based dishes. Cost is $15, $20 per couple, or $10 seniors and students. Make reservations two days in advance.

» "Eat a Rainbow" (12:30 p.m. March 14): A free cooking demonstration with Sylvia Thompson on preparing healthy dishes using a colorful array of vegetables and fruits. Reservations required by 3 p.m. March 11.

California wines star at Vino event
