Police arrest man, looking for 3 others, in Kalihi backpack robbery
Honolulu police arrested a 19-year-old man on suspicion of robbery and resisting arrest after he was found with an allegedly stolen backpack in Kalihi.
Police say the suspect and three other men, who are still at large, shoved and struggled with an 18-year-old man and stole his backpack last night.
Officers arriving on scene searched the area and located the 19-year-old still wearing the victim’s backpack, police said.
