A 59-year-old homeless man who died in a Honolulu District Court cellblock Thursday was identified by the Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office as Donald Dilley.

An autopsy was inconclusive, and the cause of his death is pending further studies, the Medical Examiner’s Office said Tuesday.

Police said deputy sheriffs were holding Dilley in a cellblock where he was found unresponsive about noon Thursday. Attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.
