Man beaten and robbed of vehicle at a Waimanalo park
A man reported being beaten and robbed of his vehicle by four men at a Waimanalo park .
Police said the victim, 43, pulled into a local park to rest after driving around the island at about 2:50 a.m. Tuesday. He said he was approached by unknown men, one of whom struck him with a blunt instrument. Another man then took his vehicle and drove away while the others fled on foot, police said.
The victim was taken to a local hospital where he was treated for minor injuries.
