Man arrested after allegedly apologizing for stabbing another man
Police arrested a 33-year-old man with no local address for allegedly stabbing a 23-year-old man March 3 in Honolulu and for allegedly harassing a 29-year-old woman.
Police said he allegedly harassed the woman by calling her 16 times on a cell phone, apologizing for stabbing the man and then asking to meet her.
Officers found the man and arrested him Monday on suspicion of first-degree assault and harassment.
