Woman dies of injuries from near drowning a month ago
A 20-year-old Ewa Beach woman who nearly drowned in a swimming pool a month earlier died Tuesday of her injuries.
Jennifer Quach died of brain damage sustained in an accidental near drowning, the Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office said.
Police said Quach was discovered in a pool on March 27. Paramedics took her to a Makiki hospital where her condition deteriorated. She died about 9:30 a.m., police said. No foul play is suspected.
