Public school principal to be named winner of $25,000 award
A public school principal is to receive a $25,000 award from Island Insurance Foundation.
The winner is to be announced at a banquet Friday.
One of 11 nominated principals from schools across Hawaii is to receive a $10,000 personal award plus $15,000 toward a school project designated by the principal.
The sixth annual award is named after company founder Masayuki Tokioka.
