Woman held after alleged assault on ambulance worker
A woman was arrested in the University area after allegedly assaulting an emergency services provider responding to a call Friday night.
Police said workers with the city Department of Emergency Services responded to assist in need of help about 10:15 p.m. The woman, 46, punched one of the EMS officials, 28.
She was arrested by police and is being held pending charges of second-degree assault.
