Police arrested Monday a 60-year-old Kahala man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 26-year-old woman two months ago.
The woman told police she had been drinking with the man April 14. She awoke to find him allegedly sexually assaulting her and touching her inappropriately, police said.
Police arrested the man at his Diamond Head home on suspicion of second- and third-degree sexual assault. They released him pending investigation.
