Teenagers arrested in alleged cell phone theft
Honolulu police arrested two teenagers on suspicion of robbery in the theft of a cellular phone from another teenage boy May 20 in Moanalua.
Police said the suspects, 15 and 14, asked the victim, 17, for money, assaulted him, and then took his cell phone. The suspects were identified, located and then arrested Monday morning, police said. They were released pending further investigation.
