It's possible to get a Waikiki tan in Minnesota. Honest. Read the sign. That's what Cat Rost, left, Greg Brown, Gerald Hamilton and Ron Kubo discovered back in October when they were traveling in the chilly state on their way to a National Recreation and Park Association conference. The Hawaii residents work for Child and Youth Programs at the Morale, Welfare and Recreation office at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Dino Scheidt snapped the photo.
