Pier 1 now offers a free shopping service, "Pier 1 To-go," in which patrons shop online with one big difference. Instead of having your items shipped, you pick them up. It’s somewhat like ordering a pizza for pickup instead of delivery. Just browse the website at www.pier1.com, choose your items and put them in your cart, then select the store that’s most convenient. The website will let you know what items are on hand and at which location. You’ll be contacted by email or text when your goodies have been gathered and are ready. They’ll be reserved until close of business the following day. No more having to drive or call from store to store to see whether what you want is in stock.
