Kahaluu man arrested for allegedly choking sister-in-law
A 24-year-old Kahaluu man was arrested for allegedly choking his sister-in-law on Tuesday.
Police said the incident happened about 11 p.m. in Kahaluu when the woman, 21, who lives with her brother-in-law and sister, was attacked by the man. Police said the man reached into the vehicle through the window and tried to pull the woman out, causing her pain. He also choked and attacked the woman in the front lawn, police said.
Police didn’t say why the man was upset.
