VERY BERRY SMOOTHIE
2 cups frozen berries
1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced
1 cup milk

1/2 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
3 tablespoons honey
In blender, add all ingredients and process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 2.
Note: Soy milk and soy yogurt may be substituted.

GOOD MORNING SMOOTHIE
2 cups orange or guava juice
2 bananas or other fresh fruit
2 cups ice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (6 ounce) container yogurt (optional)
In blender, add all ingredients and process until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 4.

PINEAPPLE SHERBET
2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1-1/4 cups crushed pineapple
1/3 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Combine milk and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add pineapple and juices.
Pour into plastic tub container, cover and freeze until firm. Stir once during freezing. Serves 6.
