Above, New York City Fire Department battalion chiefs John LaBarbera and John Carroll, center, toured the USS Arizona Memorial on Friday. The chiefs are in Hawaii to help promote the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers 5K Run taking place on Ford Island on Sept. 11. Arizona Memorial visitor John Bulina, left, greeted the chiefs. Bulina said that because he is from New York City and his son-in-law was at Ground Zero on Sept. 11, 2001, he had to meet them. To the right are Leigh Anne Wilson, event coordinator for the race, and Deputy Fire Chief Gaylen Enriques. Bulina's son-in-law is Greg Kuriila, a specialist at the New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority Bridges and Tunnels division.
