A 46-year-old man was injured Friday when his older brother hit him on the head with a metal pipe in Palolo, police said.
The brothers were arguing when the older brother, 49, assaulted his brother with the pipe, causing a gash to open on his brother’s head.
The older brother was arrested at his Palolo Avenue home for investigation of second-degree assault.
