Police look for guardians of 4-year-old wandering in Ewa
Police were looking for the guardians of a 4-year-old girl who was found wearing only pink panties and slippers outdoors Monday in Ewa.
A caller reported finding the girl near Kaukolu Street and Keaunui Drive about 4 p.m.
