A 19-year-old woman said a 58-year-old professional photographer sexually assaulted her and prevented her from leaving his Kailua home during a lingerie photo shoot Sept. 8.

Robert “Bob” Trudeau was indicted by an Oahu grand jury today and is expected to enter a plea in Circuit Court later this week.

Trudeau was arrested Thursday and charged with second-degree sexual assault. He is being held on $75,000 bail.

The incident allegedly happened from about 10:15 to 11:05 a.m. Sept. 8, a police affidavit said. Police said the woman is from London. The affidavit did not say if she came to Hawaii specifically for the photo shoot or was already on Oahu.
