Kailua residents Mike Bredenbeck, left, Tom Rhoads and Mike Kilpatrick were quite a distance from Hawaii when they came across the Honolulu Playground for Young Children in Putignano, Italy. The day care center's sign was painted with hibiscus and, coincidentally, a building that looks a bit like Hono-lulu Hale.
