1 arrested in blaze trapping crater hikers

Firefighters used aerial water drops and hiked partway up the tramway trail up the side of Koko Crater to fight a fire that scorched several acres on the mountainside. One person was arrested in connection with the blaze, which apparently was started by a flare fired at the nearby rifle range.
