A 34-year-old Waipahu man was arrested after allegedly threatening a woman with whom he had been involved in a motor vehicle crash in Pearl City Monday morning.

The incident took place on Kamehameha Highway near Waimano Home Road about 9:11 a.m., police said.

The suspect became upset and threatened the woman, 49, before leaving the scene.

Police found him and arrested him on suspicion of first-degree terroristic threatening, criminal property damage and refusing to give information at an accident scene.
