A man was taken to the hospital with gunshot wounds to his right forearm after the gun accidentally went off.
According to emergency reports, the man was handling the rifle when it discharged before 9 p.m. Friday. The bullet fractured causing three injuries. He went to a clinic in Waianae.
Paramedics picked him up and took him to a trauma center in stable condition, a paramedic supervisor said.
