    Entertainment and celebrity publicist Kristin Jackson has opened the Southern restaurant Kiss My Grits at Pucks Alley. Jackson and her brother Rob use recipes from their family and friends from North Carolina. The Dixie Chicken plate below features fried chicken, Virginia country ham, an egg and a slice of American cheese, all smothered with pimiento cheese drizzle.
