Teen arrested in theft of mom’s car



Police pulled over a 16-year-old boy for allegedly driving recklessly, only to find out that the boy had stolen the car from his mother.

According to police, the boy was observed driving recklessly and was stopped. After discovering that the boy was not a licensed driver, police contacted his mother, who told them that he had taken her car without permission.

The boy faces charges of unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle, driving without a license and reckless driving.
