Police arrested a 17-year-old boy after he allegedly stole cash and a bicycle from a 13-year-old boy in Waipahu on Saturday morning.

According to police, the younger boy was walking when the older boy approached him, grabbed money from his hand, and threatened him with bodily harm if he didn’t give him his bicycle. The victim surrendered the bicycle but called police after the suspect fled.

The suspect was located and arrested for second-degree robbery.
