» To avoid having to borrow more federal money to pay unemployment benefits, the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations will be able to borrow from the state’s general fund in an arrangement approved by Gov. Neil Abercrombie earlier this year. A Page B5 article Oct. 29 said the credit line was authorized in a bill approved by the Legislature.
