Hawaii sweeps LaTech for 20th straight volleyball win

Kanani Danielson and Jane Croson each had eight kills and No. 6 Hawaii had 10 blocks in sweeping Lousiana Tech 25-11, 25-7, 25-15 in a Western Athletic Conference volleyball match tonight at the Stan Sheriff Center.

It was the 20th consecutive win for the Rainbow Wahine (25-1, 13-0 WAC), who played without junior middle blocker Brittany Hewitt, out with flu-like symptons.

Freshman middle Kalei Adolpho was in on six blocks and added five kills. Kristiana Tuaniga and Kaela Goodman each added seven kills.

Marcella Braz had seven kills to lead the Lady Techsters (9-21, 0-13).
