Maui Mall welcomes trio of new stores

Hawaiian Island Creations, YNVU Clothing Co. and Pizza have opened or will open in Maui Mall.

Board-sports clothing and accessories retailer Hawaiian Island Creations’ store in the mall is its 12th in Hawaii. Maui-based YNVU is an apparel retailer for men and women. Pizza Hut’s Maui Mall store, to open early next year, will be the national chain’s fourth location on the Valley Isle.

Coldwell Banker unveils new mobile site

A new mobile website has been launched by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties as part of a companywide rollout of technology offerings, including an updated website and updated iPhone app. The website at www.cbpacific.com allows potential buyers to make customized searches. The relaunched Coldwell Banker iPhone app provides access to property listings in the U.S. and two dozen other countries.

ON THE MOVE

First Hawaiian Bank has promoted the following bank officers:

» Martha L. Camacho to vice president and deputy manager of residential real estate division from vice president and area manager at the bank’s Wahiawa branch. She joined the bank in 1986.

» Aaron J. Young to vice president and chief appraiser from commercial real estate appraiser of the appraisal department. He has more than 27 years of appraisal industry experience.

Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties has hired Beth Ripa. She joins the CBP’s King Street office and their Previews Team. She has more than seven years of real estate experience; and Rene Kamanuwai has joined their Leeward Oahu office. She has 15 years of customer service experience.

Kaiser Permanente Hawaii has hired Dr. Susan "Sam" Cook, certified nurse midwife of obstetrics/gynecology who will practice at Moanalua Medical Center on Oahu and Wailuku Clinic on Maui; Dr. Mariko Johnson of endocrinology at Honolulu Clinic; and Dr. Kellie Williams of pediatrics at Maui Lani Clinic.
