Water main repair closes lanes on Ala Wai Boulevard
Traffic in Waikiki is likely to back up on Ala Wai Boulevard as Board of Water Supply crews repair about 10 feet of pipe on the corner of Ala Wai Boulevard and Nahua Street.
The two makai lanes of Ala Wai Boulevard are closed near Nahua Street for the duration of the repair. The project is expected to continue throughout the day.
A Board of Water Supply spokesperson says motorists can expect delays in the area and are urged to take alternate routes, if possible.
