Hawaii County police are warning the public to use caution on Route 19 at Kaawalii Gulch due to a landslide.
The landslide is at the Hamakua end of the gulch, police said.
Police and state highway crews were on the scene as of 1:49 p.m.
Motorists are advised to expect delays while crews clear the roadway.
