Guard interrupts robbery attempt in Nanakuli
Police are looking for a man in his 30s who allegedly used a handgun to rob a 55-year-old man in Nanakuli Tuesday night.
The victim had been emptying the trash at 8 p.m. when the suspect confronted him with a handgun and demanded money, police said.
A security guard interrupted the robbery attempt and the suspect fled on foot without any cash, police said.
