Board of Water Supply crews have finished repairs on a 12-inch water main break on Dillingham Boulevard between Kokea and Alakawa streets near Honolulu Community College.
Service was restored at about 2:50 a.m. Crews were expected to finish repairing the roadway by 10 a.m.
Traffic was being contraflowed on Dillingham Boulevard as crews finish work on the mauka, Ewa-bound lanes of the road.
