The Human Rights Defense Center, the San Francisco-based law firm of Rosen, Bien & Galvan, and the American Civil Liberties Union of Hawaii Foundation have filed a lawsuit against the state and the Corrections Corp. of America in the murder of inmate Bronson Nunuha at an Arizona prison.
