A 61-year-old woman accused a 62-year-old homeless man of stealing a $300 necklace in Chinatown Tuesday afternoon.
When officers arrested the suspect on Nuuanu Avenue and North King Street, they also found illegal drugs, police said.
He faces charges of second-degree theft and third-degree promotion of a dangerous drug.
