Police nab suspect weeks after armed robbery at Ewa Beach home
Police have arrested a gunman who allegedly robbed a 38-year-old woman in her Ewa Beach garage last month.
The suspect, a 38-year-old Salt Lake man, was arrested at 1400 Kapiolani Blvd., for investigation of first-degree robbery at 12:25 a.m. today.
Police said the man brandished a handgun and confronted the woman after she parked her car in her garage about 11:40 p.m. Feb. 21.
The man allegedly demanded the woman’s property and fled with her purse.
