Hawaiian Airlines is allowing travelers to book flight connections from Maui to Kauai, Hawaii island and Oahu for no extra charge through Friday as part of a fare sale from Oakland and San Jose, Calif., to Maui. A brief on Page B6 Tuesday did not include an ending date for the free connection.
