Two men were arrested on suspicion of a burglary in Palolo after a witness called in what is believed to have been a description of their vehicle to police Tuesday morning.

Police said the home’s occupant, 86, reported securing her home before leaving the house Tuesday. A neighbor who saw two men enter her property about 11:39 a.m. and then leave with several bags in their vehicle called 911 and provided officers with a license plate.

The men were arrested on the 2000 block of Palolo Avenue at 12:28 p.m. A Nanakuli man, 30, was arrested on counts of first-degree burglary and misuse of a 911 call. An Ewa Beach man, 31, was arrested on suspicion of first-degree burglary, driving without a license, and several contempt charges.
