BRUCE ASATO / BASATO@STARADVERTISER.COM Hawaii set a record in April for visitor arrivals and spending, adding $1.17 billion to the state's economy. Oahu saw the strongest gains among all Hawaiian Islands, with a 12.9 percent increase in arrivals.
