Police captured a 48-year-old man inside a house that he was allegedly burglarizing Wednesday in Waianae.

Solomon J. Chock Jr., of a Puhawai Road address, was charged Thursday with first-degree burglary. His bail was set at $20,000.

Police said officers responded to a possible burglary in progress about 4 a.m. Thursday, found a point of entry, and located the burglar inside.

Chock was arrested at 4:15 a.m. on Waianae Valley Road.
