Police look for suspect who fired shot in Hilo condo complex
Hawaii County police are looking for a 34-year-old Hilo man they have identified as a suspect in the discharging of a firearm in the parking lot of a condominium complex in Hilo.
Police are looking for Jarvis Naoki Higa.
Police said a suspect allegedly threatened another 34-year-old Hilo man in the Orchid Manor condominium complex on Kalanianaole Avenue.
Police said the suspect fled after firing one round early Wednesday morning.
Police describe Higa as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 160 pounds, with short black hair and tattoos on his chest.
Police warn he may be armed and dangerous.
