Hawaii County police look for missing Mountain View woman

    Rachel McGowan of Mountain View has been reported missing.

Hawaii County police are looking for a 23-year-old Mountain View woman whose family has reported her missing and is very concerned for her well-being, police said.

Rachel C.P. McGowan may be in the Kona area and may be in the company of Albert Manners, 27, of HIlo.

McGowan is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, weighing 195 pounds, with straight ehu-colored hair, hazel eyes and a fair complexion.

She was last seen wearing hospital-type scrubs and may be either an occupant of or driving a white and gold 1995 Mitsubishi Montero sport utility vehicle with the license plate number HMY 694.

Manners is described as Hawaiian, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 155 pounds, with a tan complexion, short black hair and brown eyes.
