UH women’s soccer team picks up first win of season

The Hawaii women’s soccer team earned its first win of the season with a 5-4 defeat of UNLV today in Las Vegas.

The Rainbow Wahine (1-1) got goals from Tiana Fujimoto, Addison Carroll, Krystal Pascua, Chelsea Miyake and Michelle Nakasone to take a 5-2 lead, then held on in the waning minutes as the Rebels scored twice.

UH has its home opener on Friday against Sacred Heart.
