Emily Hartong had a match-high 12 kills and Kalei Adolpho added nine kills when hitting .900 as No. 8 Hawaii remained perfect in Big West volleyball with a 25-17, 25-16, 25-19 sweep of Long Beach State tonight at the Stan Sheriff Center.

The Rainbow Wahine (12-2, 5-0 Big West) outblocked the 49ers (7-8, 2-2) 12-5 with Vorster in on eight. Chisom Okpala led The Beach with nine kills.

The match lasted 82 minutes.

Ali Longo had 10 kills for Hawaii, which next plays at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo next Friday. Janisa Johnson had 12 digs for the 49ers.
