KAUNAKAKAI » Authorities say roughly 5,000 households lost, then regained power on Molokai after a pole caught fire near a power plant.

Hawaii News Now reported the power was restored before 6:30 a.m.

No injuries were reported. Officials are investigating the cause of the fire near Palaau Power Plant.
