Hwang wins small college tournament
Brigham Young-Hawaii tennis player Annie Hwang won the NCAA Division II singles title at the USTA/ITA Small College Tournament on Saturday in Mobile, Ala.
She downed Barbara Krtickova of Armstrong Atlantic 6-2, 6-2 in the final.
In the doubles final, Hwang and partner Sherry Liu fell short against Krtickova and Aleksandra Filipovski 6-3, 6-4.
