Kauai refuse station repairs are completed
Normal operations have resumed at the Hanalei refuse transfer station, following completion of a major repair project, Kauai County said Friday.
Repairs were completed Thursday. The mixed-waste service at the facility had been suspended for a few weeks because of repairs to a structural component of the mixed-waste hopper.
Normal hours at all Kauai County transfer stations are 9:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
