Horse bites off finger of boy, 7, in Waianae
A 7-year-old boy is recovering after a horse apparently bit off one of his fingers this afternoon in Waianae.
According to scanner transmissions, the boy was attempting to feed the horse when the horse bit off his pinky finger.
The finger was recovered and the boy was taken by paramedics to Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center for treatment.
