Misa jewelry goes on display at Riches
Riches Kahala will host a Misa trunk show from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, with a 10-percent discount on jewelry designs by Los Angeles-based Misa Hamamoto, who draws inspiration for her handcrafted jewelry from her Hawaii and Micronesia roots and an affinity for nature.
The holiday event will feature metal jewelry with a mix of precious and semiprecious gemstones gleaned from Hamamoto’s world travels.

Trunk show features new designs, deals
The Logger’s Daughter, Terry Logan, returns from the Pacific Northwest with a trunk show from 3 to 7 p.m. today at Chelsea at Ward Warehouse.
Logan’s summer road trip to the Bay Area yielded treasures of Asia-themed panels and prints for her new swing coat designs. She’ll also be showing Arrow tunics, Dragonfly dresses and pintucked garments, plus baskets of fingerless glove designs in a new rayon/Lycra knit with glass pearl accents.
The first 20 customers who make a purchase will get a gift, and a 20 percent discount will be offered with a donation of five nonperishable food items to the Hawaii Foodbank.
Additional trunk shows will take place from 5 to 9 p.m. during this week’s First Friday celebration at Louis Pohl Gallery, 1142 Bethel St., and from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday at Silver Moon Emporium in the North Shore Marketplace in Haleiwa.
