JESSE CASTRO / SPECIAL TO THE STAR-ADVERTISER Buckets of cubed taro will be ground into paste at Kauai’s Makaweli Poi Mill, owned by the Office of Hawaiian Affairs and run by a community group. OHA is turning the factory over to the Lehua Poi Co.
